Yes. The rigs in your brand: wrapping, screen graphics and a leaderboard in your colours. Agencies sell the experience under their own name, while we handle tech and staffing as a subcontractor.

A Stage 1 rig requires roughly 150x125 cm. Stage 2 with triple monitor roughly 200x160 cm. Stage 3 with motion: at least 3x3 metres. We handle most indoor venues.

Yes. The price excludes delivery, which is calculated from your location with Stockholm as the starting point and stated in the quote. We have delivered to Anderstorp, Gellerasen and Jyllandsringen, and overnight stays are quoted separately.

We carry spare components to every event. Our operator fixes it on-site and you will not notice.

Yes, always. A RaceLoop operator runs the rig, queue and coaching throughout the event. Included in every package.

The first rig costs SEK 9,500 per day, including staffing but excluding VAT and delivery. Each rig you add costs only SEK 2,000–3,000 more, so two rigs cost SEK 12,500 per day and five rigs SEK 19,500. Delivery is calculated from your location, with Stockholm as the starting point, and stated in the quote.

Companies pay by invoice. Payment and cancellation terms are stated in the quote, so you know exactly what applies before you book.

Yes. The same turnkey setup as for corporate events: we deliver, staff and tear down. The racing simulator works just as well at weddings, birthday parties and graduation parties as at kickoffs. The operator makes sure every guest gets in the rig safely and smoothly.

Yes. We operate as a subcontractor with white-label delivery. Your client sees your brand while we handle tech and logistics.
