A racing simulator at your trade show: more visitors in the booth and leads you can follow up

The queue does the work
A rig with a leaderboard next to it stops people. Those waiting are standing in your booth, and that is where conversations start.
At eCar Expo at Stockholmsmässan three simulators ran in the visitor area for three days. Every driver registered with their email in the queue system, and the show ended on almost 500 runs.
Leads without paper lists
Visitors scan a QR code at the rig and enter their name and email. No app, no login. The queue ticket lives on their phone and shows how many are ahead, so they can walk the show in the meantime.
After the show you get the list of everyone who drove, with name, email and time. Collection is consent based and we sign a data processing agreement.
The leaderboard
Fastest laps are shown live on a big screen with your logo. A board where your own name can end up on top brings people back for another run.
Space and setup
A Stage 1 rig needs about 150 x 125 cm of floor space and a Stage 2 rig with triple screens about 200 x 160 cm. We set up before the show opens and tear down after closing.
Our staff are there every day and run the rig and the queue, so your team can talk to visitors.
Questions
How many leads does a racing simulator generate at a trade show?
It depends on the show and the number of rigs. At eCar Expo it came to almost 500 runs in three days, all registered with email.
Do visitors need to download an app?
No. They scan a QR code and get the queue ticket straight in the browser.
Can the rig carry our brand?
Yes. Wraps, screen graphics and the leaderboard can be done in your brand.
