14-Day Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. This applies under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (2005:59).
Exception — Custom-Built Rigs
The right of withdrawal does not apply to rigs assembled or manufactured to your specific instructions where they cannot be resold without material depreciation. We will clearly inform you if this applies to your order.
How to Withdraw
- Email info@raceloop.se within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and state that you are withdrawing.
- We confirm and send return instructions.
- Return the goods within 14 days. Return shipping is at your cost.
- You receive your refund within 14 days of us receiving and approving the return.
3-Year Right to Complain
Beyond the right of withdrawal, you have the right to report defects for three (3) years from delivery under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (2022:260). Defects arising within 12 months are presumed to have existed at delivery.
How to Make a Complaint
Contact us as soon as possible at info@raceloop.se with your order number, a description, and a photo or video of the defect. We respond within 3 business days and cover return shipping for approved complaints.
Disputes
If we cannot resolve the matter together, you may refer it to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). We always participate in ARN proceedings. See arn.se.
