14-day right of withdrawal (goods)
You may withdraw from a purchase of goods within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason. Email us at info@raceloop.se with your order number, return the goods within 14 days, and we refund within 14 days of receiving the return.
Return costs
- You pay the return shipping.
- If the packaging has been opened, we assess on receipt whether the goods have lost value. Where they have, a restocking fee of SEK 249 is deducted from the refund.
Exceptions
- Custom-built or assembled rigs that cannot be resold without material depreciation.
- Paid event queue sessions once your driving session has started.
Paid queue sessions
If you paid for a session but did not receive it (for example if the event ended before your turn), contact us for a refund.
3-year right to complain
Report defects in goods within three (3) years of delivery at info@raceloop.se.
Disputes
Unresolved disputes may be referred to ARN (arn.se).
