Frequently Asked Questions
No in the sense that the rig is assembled and tested as standard in our workshop before dispatch. The home installation add-on means RaceLoop visits your address and sets the rig up when you select delivery at checkout (delivery is charged separately). Without the add-on you still receive a fully assembled rig. For pickup in Stockholm the default is a pre-assembled rig from our warehouse. Tell us when ordering if you need boxed parts for transport.
Neither delivery nor home installation is included in the base price. Both are add-ons you select at checkout. The rig is still assembled as standard in our workshop before it ships or is picked up.
Yes. All our rigs are built on a modular aluminium profile system (160×40 mm) that makes it simple to swap components at any time.
