A queue system and leaderboard in your brand: the platform behind our events

Why we built it

At Rudskogen the queue was 90 minutes on Saturday. With paper lists people walk away and miss their turn. So we built our own system, and it runs at all our events.

How the queue works

Visitors scan a QR code and enter their name and email. No app. The queue ticket on their phone updates itself and shows roughly how long the wait is.

Our staff run the queue from a tablet or phone. Anyone not at the rig when called moves a few places back, so the queue never stalls.

Leaderboard and stats

Fastest laps are shown live on a big screen. After the event you see the number of drivers, returning visitors, average wait and when demand peaked.

Your brand, your data

Logo, colours and text on the drivers’ screens are swapped for yours. Visitors see you, not us.

You own the visitor list and export it whenever you like. We sign a data processing agreement, and data is deleted automatically, after 90 days by default.

With or without our rigs

The platform is included when you rent rigs from us. If you have your own simulators or another activity with a queue, you can run the queue system yourselves.

Questions

Do visitors need an app?

No. They scan a QR code and the queue ticket opens in the browser.

Who owns the visitor data?

You do. We are the data processor and sign an agreement before you go live.

Can we charge per run?

Yes. Card or Swish online, or a card terminal on site.
