Terms & Conditions

Version 4.0 • July 2026 • RaceLoop AB, reg.no 559542-8219

1. Seller and scope

These terms apply to purchases on raceloop.se and to registration in RaceLoop's event queue system (including paid driving sessions), entered into with RaceLoop AB, reg.no 559542-8219, Kristinedalsvägen 53B, 131 46 Nacka, Sweden ("RaceLoop"). The current version is always published at raceloop.se/terms.

2. Prices and VAT

Prices on the website are in SEK and include Swedish VAT (25 %) unless stated otherwise.

If used goods are offered under the profit margin scheme (VMB), this is stated at the time of purchase. VAT is then not shown separately on the invoice and cannot be deducted by VAT-registered buyers.

3. Order and contract

For goods, a contract is formed when you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation by email. For event queue registration, the contract is formed when you are registered in the queue or when your payment is approved. RaceLoop may cancel an order in case of manifest pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability, with a full refund.

4. Payment

Payment is processed via Stripe. Card details are not stored by RaceLoop. Payment is charged when the order or paid queue session is placed.

5. Delivery of goods

Delivery times and shipping costs are shown at checkout. Lead times are estimates. You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address.

6. Event queue and paid sessions

Queue registration requires name, email, and consent under section 8. Whether a queue is free, paid, or offers a limited number of free sessions is shown when you register.

A paid session gives you a place in the queue. The session is delivered when it is your turn. The price is shown before payment.

If you have paid but not received your session (for example if the event ends before your turn), you will receive a refund. The right of withdrawal does not apply once the session has started.

7. Right to complain

Consumers have three (3) years to report defects in goods under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (2022:260). Business customers: complaints must be made within a reasonable time under the Swedish Sale of Goods Act (1990:931).

Contact info@raceloop.se with your order number and a description of the defect.

8. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you may withdraw from a distance purchase of goods within 14 days of receiving them, under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (2005:59), without giving a reason.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to: goods manufactured or assembled to your specifications where they cannot be resold without material depreciation; services fully performed with your prior express consent before the withdrawal period ends; or paid queue sessions once started (see section 6).

To withdraw, notify us within 14 days at info@raceloop.se. Return goods within 14 days of notification. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return, to the original payment method. Return shipping is at your cost unless otherwise agreed. If the packaging has been opened we assess, on receiving the return, whether the goods have lost value. Where they have, a restocking fee of SEK 249 is deducted from the refund.

9. Privacy and cookies

Business disputes are settled by Nacka District Court as court of first instance. These terms are governed by Swedish law. Nothing in these terms limits consumers’ statutory rights.
