What does it cost to rent a racing simulator for a corporate event?

The starting price

A Stage 2 rig costs from SEK 9,500 per day. Staffing for the whole day, setup, calibration and teardown are included. VAT and delivery are added.

Delivery is calculated from your location, with Stockholm as the starting point. We have run events at Anderstorp, Gelleråsen and Jyllandsringen, so distance is rarely a problem.

What affects the price

Number of rigs. The price per rig drops with every rig you add, and more rigs mean a shorter queue.

Number of days. Trade fairs and multi-day events get their own day rate in the quote.

Branding. Wraps, screen graphics and a leaderboard in your brand are priced by scope.

Ongoing partnerships. If you run several events a year, we set a contract rate.

What is included

We arrive two to three hours before start to build, calibrate and test. Our staff run the rig, the queue and the coaching throughout the event.

We bring spare components. After the event we tear down right away and send a summary with stats and photos within 24 hours.

Getting an exact price

Tell us the date, location, number of guests and what the event should achieve. You get a fixed price quote within 24 hours. Companies pay by invoice.
