We had the same problem you do: a crowd at the rig, paper lists, people wandering off and missing their turn. So we built it away. Now you can run the same system.
How it works on the day
Visitors scan a QR code at the rig. Everything after that runs itself.
Scan and join the queue
Name and email, and they're in line. No app to install, no account to create.
Wait anywhere
The ticket lives in their phone and updates itself. They see how many are ahead and roughly how long it takes, so they can go and look at something else meanwhile.
You call the next driver
Your staff run the queue from a tablet or phone. Start, finish, handle no-shows and record lap times.
You take the contacts home
Every visitor who drove is in a list with name, email and lap time. Export it and follow up the next day.

Why us
We're not a software company guessing at how an event works. RaceLoop builds racing simulators and runs its own events. The queue system exists because we needed it ourselves, and every feature in it is there because something went wrong on an event day. You get a tool already worn in by real visitors.
Common questions
- Do visitors need to install anything?
- No. They scan a QR code and get the ticket in their browser. That's deliberate, because every install would cost you visitors in the queue.
- Who owns the visitor data?
- You do. Your events and visitors are separated from ours and from other organisers', and you export the list whenever you want. We sign a data processing agreement before you run live.
- Does it work without good wifi?
- The ticket sits in the visitor's own phone on their own mobile network, so you don't depend on your wifi holding up. Your staff view needs a connection.
- Can we charge for runs?
- Yes, with Pro. Either online by card or Swish, or with a card terminal on site where staff mark it paid at the rig. Each lane is either free or paid, so one rig can be free while another charges. On the free plan you run free queues, as many as you like.
- What happens if we cancel Pro?
- Your branding stays until the end of the period. We never switch you off mid-event after you've paid. After that you return to the free plan with all your content intact.
