Create organiser account
- Create the accountThe organiser's name, your name and an email address. No card.
- Confirm your emailWe send you a link. Once you've clicked it, the account is active.
- Set up your eventIn the panel you create the event and its lanes, and print the QR code your visitors scan.
What applies
Free with no time limit
You start on the free plan, with no card and no commitment. Pro costs SEK 199 a month and can be cancelled whenever you like.
Your visitors' data is yours
You are the data controller and we are the processor. Data is deleted automatically, after 90 days by default, and you can delete everything straight from the panel.
Answers when it matters
Email info@raceloop.se. On weekdays we reply within one working day, and within 60 minutes on an event date you've registered in advance.
The system we run ourselves
We use the queue system at RaceLoop's own events. You get the same version, not a demo.
