FAQ

Can we finish setup before the hall opens?

We always plan buffer against your load-in. Stage 1 often needs 60-90 minutes once power and space are ready.

Can we export leads to our CRM?

Yes. Structured CSV with name, company, email and lap time. We adapt fields to your process.

Does it work in smaller booths?

Stage 1 needs roughly 150x125 cm. If depth is limited we suggest alternatives in the quote.

What does a multi-day fair cost?

Multi-day bookings are quoted with a clear staffing plan. Price per day decreases with longer bookings.
