FAQ
How long does installation take?
Stage 1 takes 60 to 90 minutes. Stage 2 takes 90 to 120 minutes. Stage 3 is planned separately. We arrive well before your event starts.
How much space and what power is needed?
A Stage 1 rig requires approximately 150x125 cm of floor space, Stage 2 with triple monitors approximately 200x160 cm. One standard 230V outlet per rig is enough. We work in most indoor environments.
Can you deliver outside Stockholm?
Yes. The Stockholm region is included in the base price. We have delivered to Anderstorp, Gelleråsen and Jyllandsringen. Longer distances and overnight stays are quoted per enquiry.
What if something breaks?
We carry spare components on every event. Our operator resolves issues on-site, your guests will not notice.
